Renovation of the Roundabout and Elia's Corner

On December 16, 2025, seven of us with the Garden Club replaced the waning Sizzler Caladiums at both the roundabout and Elia's Corner with pansies for the winter planting. Within 2 hours our team removed the remaining caladium leaves, spread new topsoil, placed, planted, and fertilized over 200 pansy plants in the two gardens!  We chose pansies because they will not perish in a frost and will continue to bloom until late April, when we have a new planting scheduled for these color spots.

Joining me in the work was Cheri D., Joe M., Terry L., Becky K., Jan R. and John W.  Ginger and Kenn B. helped finish up the project at Elia's Corner.  Here are some before and after pictures of our work...keep an eye on how these progress
