Woodsy Owl Contest

The Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. has announced the 2025 state level winners of the Smokey Bear/ Woodsey Owl poster contest. Temple Terrace Garden Club has sponsored two of the state winners from Riverhills Elementary.

Ellison Paul is the state first-place winner for 3rd grade and Reily Cleveland is the state first-place winner for 5th grade. Congratulation to you both and best of luck as your posters continue in the competition to the regional and national level. I know your classmates at Riverhills and your Art teacher Stephenie Hembd are extremely proud.

A pizza party celebration for each class was held to recognize the winners.

Thank you to the Art teachers and the students from Temple Terrace elementary schools who participated in the contest this year.
